Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on Checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, place your order as normal and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Delta. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.

Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you within 10 working days however we do ask that you allow up to 21 days for receipt of your goods.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added where applicable. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, you will automatically be connected to HSBC Secure ePayments, this is a secure way to accept your payment on line directly to HSBC.

Returns
Under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 days from receipt of the goods to examine the goods and change your mind. Simply e-mail returns@oarsome-potential.co.uk, or write to us at the address above within the 7 days to confirm your intention to do this and then return the unused goods in their original packaging via post. Consumers are liable for the costs of posting unwanted returns back to Oarsome Potential.
